1961 graduated from Nihon University, Department of Philosophy, Tokyo
1969 leads the movement called Mono-h, which attrackted different artists who until this day were the following photo-method optical illusion
1973 Professor at Tama Art University in Tokyo (until 2003)
1997 Invited Professor at Ecole Supérieur National des Beaux-Arts, Paris


 

Ufan Lee describes a "field" from the borders fragile, artificial and real together, compared to the sound generated by the beat of a drum, vibrating in a vacuum.
