There are four basic forms to which they can bring all the bottles of wine: Bordeaux (Vernaccia, Rosato del Salento, Chateau dYquem ...), the Borgognona (Chablis, Montrachet, Cortese Gavi ...), of the Renana (Tocai, Rhine Riesling, Gewuertzstraminer, Johannisberg ...) and the Champagne.

To contain and cool to neck these different forms of research Gozzi has proposed two different cooling, characterized by great attention to detail functional. The body is a different thickness: more often on the bottom and on the board so as to avoid marking; handles are designed to allow (along with the board entirely rimmed) a perfect take with one hand, the capacity is two bottles; the depth keeps the bottles immersed in all their high profit, finally, are stackable. This cooling is suitable to hold two or two Bordolesi Borgognone Champagne or two, while the 5052/RM can hold two bottles of form Renana or a Magnum.
